And which multiple powers did he get in 1 chapter? He was given most Bijuus chakra a while back but couldn't use them until he got all 9 which didn't happen in the same chapter that the sage gave him and Sasuke his chakra; the moment Obito gave Naruto the last Bijuu chakra he needed he was able to use them, he just didn't talk to them until he was talking to Hagoromo. The usage of the 9 Bijuus would count as 1 power up since he couldn't use their abilities until he had all 9, he got Hagoromo chakra like 2 chapters after getting the usage of the 9 Bijuus. Sasuke literally went from getting Hashirama chakra and a jutsu in one chapter, then got Hashirama cells, then Hagoromo chakra in the course of a couple of chapters while Naruto got only 2.
O.T. Hard question, I'm assuming my base level is above Kage level (would use shadow clones to train since Genin level. Also assuming I'm either Senju/Uzumaki or Uchihas as Hagoromo appeared to his sons reincarnations. I would be a Senju for their strong body and high chakra reserves and ask for Hagoromo yin yang chakra ( Sasuke had yin and Naruto had yang) so I would have both Rinnegans plus RSM plus the sealing C.T and since I have both tattoos, I'll only need a good strategy to catch Madara off guard.
