I'd say Tsukiyomi as even Itachi can only hold it for 3seconds in real life time but can hold Susanoo for much longer

Rasenshuriken ;D. I don't know if that would take more, I mean naruto is an Uzumaki and had sage mode and can only do two rasenshuriken. I think in terms of duration it may initially take more than Susano... But that is a whole new debate

It had nothing to do with the thread. as i said that is a whole new debate, I put my vote in the poll. Also by talking about susano i thought it kinda stated my vote I was just being a random troll.
