Depending on your context of stronger. If by raw power alone, Shinra Tensei produces more damage depending on how much Chakra is poured to it. If by versatility, Limbo. Cannot be seen without Rinnegan, cannot be sensed without Rikudou Senjutsu, cannot be hurt by non-Rikudou Chakra attack.

Why can't they read? The DataBook states, by translation, that the clones have the same abilities as the original. It'd be wrong to limit the word "abilities" to physical traits and not chakra related ones.

Plenty of opportunities were given to show us if the limbo clone actually used ninjutsu but it was never once shown. So they can control chakra to that extent, but they can't produce techniques? Makes sense. Either way, nothing specifically states that they can only use taijutsu, and nothing hints at any limitations, so we'll have to agree to disagree, because I doubt either of us will change our stance.
