Please consider only those manga/comics in which character have some sort of superpower.

Inconsistencies occur when A beats B, B beats C and A looses to C. A has no special weakness against C, nor have A, B or C advanced much in the time frame that these fights occur.

Another type that I can think is when an attack destroys a larger area at some place and has a smaller effect at other place with no special reasons etc.

Battle of the gods had inconsistencies.

Vegeta was stated to have gotten stronger than Goku when Bulma got hit by Beerus but Vegeta had not reached SS3. This could simply be hype by the character which said it.

DBZ has 2 and type of inconsistency. In Friexa Saga , lava was erupting from planet, Frieza's attacks were creating cracks in planets and even busting them. They took the destruction to a much lower level in Cell and Android saga and then raised the level again in Buu saga.

I haven't watched Tokyo Ghoul so have to wait for others to comment
