Which is the difference between Raikiri and Chidori?(ofcourse,just if is a difference)

They're essentially the same. Just Raikiri contains more chakra and is more condensed, thus making it more powerful.

Raikiri is more powerful, which means it either requires more chakra control, or more chakra. Also, only Kakashi can use Raikiri, while Chidori is used by Sasuke and Kakashi.

It's the exact same jutsu,the only difference is the name.
It was named chidori by Kakashi when he onvented it.Gai gave the name raikiri cause it cut a lighting in half.
Kakashi most of the times uses the name raikiri.I believe Kishimoto does it to discriminate it from Sasuke.Sasuke always use the name chidori,Kakashi from the time he tought it to Sasuke uses the name raikiri.

Same jutsu just different names, it does however change in name when shape manipulation is used like for example Sasuke's Chidori Stream or Chidori Sword

Same or ALMOST-ALMOST the same, Raikiri is just an upgrade version of chidori. just like great ball resengan and resengan (great ball is stronger and much bigger). or amaterasu with enton (enton is just better control not hotter then amaterasu)
