Which is the best way to own the Manga?

I want to buy the three Box Sets of the Manga but i heard that the Volumes have some kind of censorship, is that true? Cause if it is then i will have to go for the Japanese ones.

I dont like to read it in the web because all chapters have bad translations. If i buy the Volumes, i have new panels, some fix images or writting that kishi does and an accurate translation
