I've read over 200 Ecchi mangas but few ecchi anime. (mostly becuase few ecchi mangas get animated).

Kiss x Sis and Futari Ecchi are wonderful though. The 2 are the most obvious ones that's coming to my mind

Gantz is not ecchi; to whoever tag it like one.
HOTD got ecchi shots but it's more a fun zombie invasion story at the core.

Tenjho Tenjo manga was like softcore porn.Nude breast, *** scenes, raped.the anime was tamer though.

Mnemosyne - One of the sickest anime ever made.Lucky it was only six episode and the horror was over for me

Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls - The best of the bunch to me.I like the action, not much nudity and a actually plot and not just some dumb way to get into a sexualized situation.
