EDIT: I like fuuton rasenshuriken more because you can throw it, it can expand, and the internal damage is severe.

I honestly think in a 1v1 combat situation, the Rasenshuriken would be stronger but only for one reason;

The Rasenshuriken attacks the body at a scale that it actually attacks the cells in someone's body, making it extremely deadly if it connects with anyone. The mini bijuu dama is just a massive blast of force that would KO someone if it hit them directly, but it's easier to avoid then the Rasenshuriken and isn't as deadly on a scale that it HAS to be a direct hit for a kill.

Cons: Large chakra for one opponent kill
Only hits 1-3 (Close) opponents

Really close call... but depending on use, could go either way

hmm i think rasen shuriken. This is the chou mini bijuu dama not a bijuu dama. Rasenshuriken would be harder to dodge coz u could expand it and throw it. Also Rasenshuriken does damage on a cellular level whilst the bijuu dama is just an explosion of force. But both could be deadly in a fight :scorps:
