Which is stronger,A's chop or A's drop kick?

Ok me and a friend are having a debate,he beleieves that the v2 chop is above the v2 dropkick,however i disagree,what do you think?

I'd imagine the resultant force from the drop kick is much greater.
Remeber;

it's force = Mass x acceleration. and the mass of the kick is much greater than his arm.
