which is stronger..3rd raikages armour and V2 bijuu cloak

Both are pretty hard 2 break, the tailed beast version 2 cloak
and the 3rd raikages lighting defence. which is stronger
between the 2. The 3rd raikage defence is pretty much impenetrable
He ws able 2 withstand naruto's rasen shuriken.
His son defence which is weaker than the 3rds was barely
broken by sasuke's chidori, although kakashi's raikiri would probly
break it since its a lot stronger than sasuke's chidori but would
it work on the 3rd.
On the other hand the tailed beast v2 cloak is pretty strong aswell
In the fight naruto v2 vs orochimaru it couldn't be pierced even
by the legendary kusanagi sword. Also we see it in the fight against
pain. but we later see it sliced through by kakashi's lighting transmission.
So which do u think is stronger?? your opinions

Lightening armor.

If a ninjutsu attack was about to land on someone standing there with Lighting shield, they just have to remain standing there. If a ninjutsu attack was bout to land on someone with Bijuu cloak, they would probably have to block with hands (with cloak) and put all bijuu cloak tails in front of them, as a shield.

3th Raikage's defence doesn't come from his lightning armor .. they said his body was like steel and his blood like iron the lightning armor A uses is the same one + upgraded so he does lightning fast..

It's hard to say however i believe in a sense that is someone had a water element with the same strength or cutting power as the chidori then i believe the V2 armour would be at a massive disadvantage wither as the stage two Bujji has no elemental weakness.
