Which is more worth the money? Galaxy S5 or iPhone 5S

I'm planning on deciding soon which phone to get. I decided I already want to get it on T-Mobile, but both cost over $600!! I'm cheap as hell but idk which to decide on, me and my father are planning on paying 50/50. The only thing I know is Galaxy has a better camera, but iPhone is not as large and I don't want a large phone (but I wouldn't mind it).


So which one should I get?

Idk man I never personally had a galaxy phone but know a few ppl who do. I do own an iphone however and I think no phone comes even close. A lot of times those samsung phones have a lot of bugs and are overly complicated. Iphones are so simple and awesome. After having an Iphone you don't want any other phone

Proud Samsung galaxy owner and I say screw the iPhone. It's the only Apple product I dont own/support. Quality over brand. Better camaraderie, loom
ks better, and is more user friendly. Another thing is I got more compliments after I switched to the Samsung galaxy.

or the htc one m8 as far as generic flagships go its probably the best out atm cant beat the front facing speakers needs to become an industry standard its just so much better.

How many apple devices do you already own? Apple's seamless integration is it's strongpoint. Also how many items have you purchased through iTunes? If the answer to the questions is none go with the galaxy. You have good battery life that can be extended by purchasing another, meaning not integrated. USB 3 micro adapter that works with mini usb. Apple's insistence on changing to non standard power cords show they are always willing to screw over even their existing customers for a few bucks more.

iPhone is much better quality in both casing and software.

And Android more user friendly? That's a joke.

Samsung is a joke nowadays, their convoluted hardware configs are a joke, which get bested by physically inferior setups thanks to having made better use of the power. Technoobs be shouting "Snapdragon gunna be soo smooooth" not knowing Snapdragons are cheap, mass produced, underwhelming chips no matter the guise.

Add that to the fact that Qualcomm are just an cheapass-company that make poor hardware (*cough* Atheros *cough) that never lives up to it's promises - Snapdragon S4 Pro was supposed to the one to beat and apparently that was meant to taken literally, as all it's competitors blew it out off the water - and you start to figure out why Samsung gets a small return despite huge marketing efforts.

If the OP is going down the Android route, he should consider LG G3, HTC One M8 or Sony Xperia Z2.
If the OP is going down the Windows route, he should consider the Nokia 930.

iPhone 5S speaks for itself although the iPhone 6 will soon be out.
