Which is more important: Mathematics or Language?

Language for sure otherwise no one will understand what your saying

But ether way both are equally important

If you dont have math you cant function in pretty much anything involving numbers which is everything unless you are just going to move boxes in a ware house

And if you cant talk coherently well you are screwed in everything

These days humans don't care about language really. Like interaction with each other has been so less. Probably can live without it.
