Which is more dangerous, Kamui or Amaterasu?

Minato dodged it cause of FTG who else would be capable of such a thing? Even 3 tomoe Sasuke brushed off Ama and Obito used Kamui to brush of ama.

But it doesn't change the fact that for a wile as "instant" as Amaterasu is Sasuke was dodging it for a while and even when he got hit by it he still escaped.
