Perfect Susanoo is not a jutsu either, it's susanoo on a larger scale using limitless chakra in his zombie form.
Wood clones is not a jutsu, it's just clones but made out of wood!

Meteors and multi wood clone are only useful when Madara is an Edo with unlimited chakra. Otherwise he would be killed by his meteor or maybe make max of 5 clones. Perfect Susanno is most useful but as a living being he can't sustain it for long time as it must consume great amount of chakra
