There haven't been many, but I caught onto one while rereading one of my old Naruto manga volumes earlier today.

Zetsu's very first appearance foreshadows the fact that he has been watching over Indra's and Ashura's reincarnations all along...

What other ones are out there?

Depends... Right about when Naruto went out to join the war, Kurama asked him about Sasuke and we were showed a specific flashback towards when Sasuke and Naruto were kids, where Iruka was teaching about the Unison Sign. Kishi specifically placed focus on Naruto and Sasuke splitting ways before doing this sign after their battle, that sort of implied that they would eventually, which they did at the end of the war.

Chapter 538;

At the time of the war, it was almost impossible to predict how it would end, if the final fight between the two would even happen, if they both would die, if Naruto would eventually kill Sasuke, or something else entirely.

If you read between the lines here however, you could say that Kishi always knew (at least since chapter 538) that the manga would end this way, and that the final fight would end in friendship between the two again, and when you look at it this way, this does indeed seem like a huge foreshadowing from Kishi.

That's my pick.

Oh, that is a very good one. Its less subtle, sure, but it does go with everything coming full circle, which is always nice to see.

Yup. I only noticed it since I was finally bothering to catch up to the anime after a 4 years hiatus from watching it, and I accidentally tumbled across that episode about the Unison Sign almost at the same time as the final chapters of the manga was out and I immediately noticed the similarities and figured it couldn't be coincident, but I for sure had forgotten about that scene by then, which happened almost two years prior in the manga. Heck, even made a thread about it xD
