Which is faster?

Black chakra receiver rods or the Onmyoudon Sphere?

Well if the user doesn't know how to control the spheres , like Madara's case , then the chakra rods are faster . While in obitos case , it's otherwise .

Nope. One is a Rinnegan ability and the other is gained when one becomes the Juubi's Jincuuriki.

Onmyoudon is faster imo solely on fact it has jubbi's jin speed behind it
With rods i haven't seen that
