Amaterasu doesn't spread quickly, but it hits quickly. Obito reacted to it, though.

Itachi reacted to Kirin, so it's gotta be pretty slow.

Hiraishin is pretty fast.

Kamui is fast, but Kakashi's Kamui is faster than Obito's, I believe.

So for me it's:

1. tsukoyami-is instant with eye contact, think about how A charged at minato and minato was looking him dead in his eye and minato took his ftg kunia out and through it and then teleported, well had that been itachi charging at minato he would have beed put under tsukoyami(btw im not saying itachi would be minato that way so dnt start none, wont be none)

Amaterasu spawns instantly wherever or whatever the user is looking at. Kirin travels 1/1000th of a second; but it still needs to go from Point A -> Point B.

i said i wasnt sure about amaterasu being over kirin

also obito uses kamui the sameway then and now, there is no difference, also being a kid doesnt matter, itachi was an anbu leader when he was a kid, itachi, was too and itachi killed his clan when he was less than 15 so being a kid means nothing in nb if u are skilled and obito was skilled
