You cant compare 2 characters from 2 different universes, thats cheating. The things that are present in Naruto are non existant in whichever manga Kenshin is from, and vice versa. Its like saying is a frog a faster runner than a cheetah-There is bias right there as a frog hops while the cheetah actually walks and runs so it is automatically assumed that the frog is not faster.
