So people seem to think Sasuke is better than Naruto, or that Naruto is better than Sasuke. They both have indestructible defenses; Naruto has his tailed beast avatar and Sasuke has his Susanoo. Now what it would essentially come down to is, who has the better chance to make the hits.
Sasuke
There is now doubt about it that over a short distance, he would have the edge. His sharinnegan ability allows for instant teleportation within a relatively small radius. Now that would mean he can pretty much get up into Naruto's face, potentially catch the latter off guard. The eye has cool down however, and due to this during that time Sasuke would have to rely foot/base speed. Sasuke without the eye is seen as being slower than Naruto, as his speed is essentially base and does not require a period for his body to allow his speed to happen. Sasuke will cause Naruto definite issues when it comes to this teleportation and that cannot be denied.
Naruto
Now to Naruto, he has good speed but he can't be compared to Sasuke's eye jutsu, that is definite. But what he can ombat through equal speed, he does through better reflexs and reaction times. The sage mode allows him to sense when he is going to be attacked, even if the enemy is not within line of sight. As we seen, Sasukes speed didn't help him from being taken, but Naruto's sage mode sensing saved him. This would occur in their battle, [if] it happens. Sasuke would start off maybe with a few attacks and then bam, teleport behind Naruto. Now that would normally be it, but Naruto can sense this danger through sage mode and dodge.
Think of it like this.
Sasuke's S/T jutsu >> Naruto's speed
Naruto's sensing (better reflexs and reations) >> Sasukes base speed that he needs to get his arm from himself to Naruto.
That's how naruto will dodge.
Which would you prefer to have? You decide I have given my thoughts. I would prefer the sensing, but Sasuke's jutsu is extremely good in certain situations too.
