I see your point but you would also have to be very skilled to use contract seal.

there are few shinobi's lik jiraiya(guess), minato ,hiruzen(guess), hashirama etc who are capable of undoing contract seal . .anyone can learn it also . .but KCM requires atleast half of kyuubi's chakra

You used guesses on jiraya and hiruzen. And hashirama was never shown using contract seal in canon. That was a videogame cutscene. Cakra chains can be pulled out with sufficient strength like sage mode users, susanoo, Tsunade and dare I say it sakura. Although the last one may end up getting killed.

gedo chains imo . .even sharingan cannot be compared with this. .coz sharingan genjutsu can be broken by simply undoing contract seal lik wat minato did. .

The genjutsu wasn't really broken. Minato removed Tobi's ability to summon kurama wherever he wanted.

Suppression-Mokuton. No other form of Bijuu control tools have shown the ability to put Bijuu to sleep with a tap on the forehead.
