Hashirama Senju - Founded the village and the forest around, DNA (Yamato, Danzo, Madaras Izanagi and the 100k Zetsus for the war), also tsunade i guess, the ability for konoha to restrain the kyubi trough yamato, passing the will of fire

Tobirama Senju - Edo Tensei (the badass bad side move lol), Helped With The Founding (XD), eastablished ANBU, the Academy and Police Force, passing the will of fire

Hiruzen Sarutobi - The Sannins, passing the will of fire

Minato Namikaze - Rasengan, Naruto (the seal and the possibility to use kyubis chakra vs the bad side, his chakra also stoped naruto on going 9 tails on pains ass and help him talk no jutsu pain into reviving the whole of konoha, he ''created'' the the child of prohecy who will probably decide the war or not if things keep going as they are now), found out that some1 was behind kyubi attack, passing the will of fire

2nd Hokage....took the leaf and expanded it, is the reason for the academy exams and all the anbu/police force and caused the other lands of ninja to copy that format. Sarutobi got his will of fire from the 2nd and passed his will to Minato. 2nd Hokage for the win!!!
