The fourth has the most relevant students that actually still can compete in one way or another.
I mean obito is almost god, and kakashi is like god of the semi-god ninja(Oro, Pervy Sage, danzo)

Danzo wasn't actually Tobirama's student. It was Hiruzen, Koharu and Houmura. Danzo was just on that mission with them.

Hiruzen obviously had the strongest students.

I mean Tsunade, Orochimaru and Jiraiya. All are hella strong.

Lol. Tsunade lost to part 1 Kabuto. Naruto had to save her. She couldn't even put up a fight against Pain.
Orochimaru had to use edo Hashirama and Tobirama to fight an old man and he still only barely escaped the battle alive (and that was because Hiruzen was too old and tired to pull out his entire soul). He lost horribly to Itachi. Sasuke beat him easily (while inside Orochimaru's own inner space)! Orochimaru could not even beat 4 tails Naruto. Orochimaru is weak!

The only really strong one on this team is Jiraiya.

I go with Hiruzen. I mean he raised the Legendary Sannins of Konoha who did not get any power ups but fought with their own strengths.
