Kakashi would be a shit villain. I'd say Minato would've made a good villain. Former Hokage gone rogue after his village wronged him or whatever, sort of like the theories from years ago that he was the leader of Akatsuki.

Also, a very obvious one, ****ing Itachi.

Zombie Rin would be funny to see. Sakura and Obito make it out of the Kamui dimension and a zombie Rin shows up and eats Obito's eyes and face or something. It could be great because from his view she'd look normal but in reality she is a maggoty corpse with a hole in the chest.
