This is pretty legit logic. I still say Minato but with this in my head out of the senju bros I'd say tobirama, hashi had more of a peaceful demeanor and tobirama always looked like he was wanting to kill someone

By neutral don't you mean the Cloud. I think his personality was that of a good guy. He didn't seem bloodthirsty, angry, selfish, egotistic or deceiving. He assured to the other kages that the new generation will beat them and congratulated Gaara's dad for having a strong son. Plus he got mad when Mu suggested that Onoki should betray the SA after the war for Iwa's advantage, that shows he doesn't like treachary, and is noble.

That was likely under his son's reign. Yamato calls out the fourth Raikage for that on ch.457. Besides I really don't think the 3rd raikage would do that. He seems like the guy who wouldn't try trechary like that.

He kind of does. There's a reason he started becoming depressive and reckless during his ANBU missions, like he was throwing his life away. The whole character is constantly self-deprecating and can't get past the teachings of Minato and Obito. He's a fantastic ninja but he does consider himself trash. Remember when he pinned Sasuke against the tree in part 1?

Their kill count easily out weighs Minato since they've been fighting for a longer period of time. Hashirama partook in 1 ninja war, while Tobirama managed to take part in two, which easily gives him a higher body count.

Pretty sure Tobirama died in the first one. The second was the Sannin's war, third was Minato's, fourth was the most recent one.
