WHich generation of kages would you conisder to be the strongest?

I know we don't know a whole lot from all the kages but from what we know I say out of all of them together it's got to be 1.the 3rd generation.

Onoki particle style
3rd raikage took on a tailed beast all by himself
Hiruzen god of shinobi
3rd kazekage said to be the strongest of all the kazekages

2.First generation are more closely related to sage of 6 paths and Madara said himself shinobi aren't what they used to be.

Hashirama- his jutsu were said to be that of fairy tail. and took on Madara and the ninetails and won

3.Second generation I believe just had the most smarts not nessarily power wise but were strategical geniuses I think intelligence is the best thing you can have in a fight

Tobirama- genius that invented greatest jutsu
trollkage- to have a wide range genjutsu you must have strategy
Muu- you can't sense him and he uses that and cunning to outwitt opponents

Fourth Generation
They weren't the strongest but were innovative
Minato innovative with FTG
Ay- lightning armor with speed
Yagura-more than likely used his tailed beast to fight
4th Kazekage used gold dust to make attacks much more deadly

5th generation lacks power and I believe is weakest

The oldest survivors of the warring states time. The first Kages were something else. The rest, like the Hokages, pales in comparison in power. No other Hokage can pacify a tailed beast like Hashirama and his Wood Sage Techniques. Has Tobirama ever had a panel showing he knew sage techniques? Even Hiruzen for that matter?

What does Soldier say in TF2??? Nope.

The closest we could have now is Naruto, except not. He would definitely not exceed Hashirama's level in our Naruto Manga's timeline when it's finished. Let's see why, shall we?

Hashirama fought Madara and Kurama at the same time...with Kurama complete and not stripped of half it's chakra. Naruto only beat Yang half of Kurama using Sage Mode and with help from Killer Bee and his Mother. But at least he beat his dark side before doing so, it almost didn't help. Honestly. Would Naruto have prevailed if Kushina didn't come and save his ass? ---Statement, not a real question.

Okay, I'm off topic. I go with the Shodaime Gokages.

We don't know enough about (nor do I want to know) about the first generation.

I'd also say 3rd Generation. But mainly because we know nothing of the first generation, except Hashirama. Second Generation was Tobirama, 2nd Raikage, Muu and 2nd Mizukage, right? They are also pretty strong. I would rank them second. 3rd Raikage is a beast.
