How could you absorb chakra from a Shadow? i don't really see that happening... it would be weird...
And about Shino, yea he controls his bugs with Chakra but he doesn't have to use so many bugs at once, he could send them one by one to like tear up kisame or Samehada from the inside? maybe it could happen.
And Naruto? Well in SM i most surely think that Samehada would turn to stone, in which case it would be a very useless sword (not even a sword but more like a blunt weapon) And without it just like you said Kisame is just your ordinary Ninja...

the same way as from your enemies body/jutsu/weapon. you remember how he drained the lightning chakra out of Bee's swords? the shadow works the same way. he send his chakra into it and manipulate it.

about the bugs I don't know how they act without chakra. maybe they just fly away and don't do anything.

if the sword turns into stone (what we don't know it would or not), then there's still Kisame with his other jutsus. however from this point he can be beaten more easily than with Samehada.
