Which fights deserved to be extended in anime?

Which fights do you think should have been extended with some battle filler in the anime. Why?

My list:
1.) JJ Madara vs Gai: Seeing Madara actually go hand to hand with 8th gate Gai would have been a taijutsu masterpiece.

2.) 3rd Raikage vs Naruto: I wanted to see a lot more of the raikage's abilities; like black lightning.

3.) Hanzo vs Mifune: This fight was such a HUGE letdown. I wanted to see why Hanzo was seen as such a threat in the past and why he beat the Sannin but instead we got a fight where he couldn't use jutsus -__-

4.) Kakashi vs Sasuke: it would have been awesome to see who was better with MS and lightning. The student vs teacher scenario also would have made for great drama. Kinda like Obi-Wan vs Anakin.

Completely agree with the Hanzo point. Good fight or not he's regardless one of my all time fav ninjas though due to that epic flashback.

Check out the Sasuke VS Kakashi fan animation for expansion on that fight, it's SO good.

My most desired extension would be:

Madara after Rinne Tensei-revival
I wished to see a lot more from this. Madara, blind with sagemode, this had so much potential.
Please take the time and imagine my thoughts. We are starting from here:

- The Kurama-enhanced Shinobi-Alliance runs towards Madara, realizing their chance to defeat him this time
- A lot of shinobi throw weapons like Shuriken, Kunai etc., others (like Darui, Omoi for example) want to come close with their swords.. while other shinobi use different elemental ninjutsu against Madara
- Madara fights in close-combat with his sagemode and uses Mokuton to handle all enemies
- Then he realizes, that there are too many, enhanced enemies, so he has to retreat until he gets his first Rinnegan
- Madara has to defend himself (that would be more realistic than him running towards the Bijuu without a reason)
- while Madara still tries to get some distance between him and his enemies, white Zetsu appears with the Rinnegan and Madara takes it while running past Zetsu
- White Zetsu then wants to help Madara, standing in the way of the approaching shinobi, but gets defeated by no-names
- In the meanwhile, Madara inserts the Rinnegan into his head, but can not use it instantly
- waiting for his eye to heal, he still has to be defensive with Katon- and Mokuton-jutsu, while evading long-range weapons and attacks
- then he finally is surrounded by the alliance, all of them attack madara with all kind of attacks, but just before they hit him, his eye is ready and Madara turns the tables with a massive Shinra Tensei, defeating the no-name shinobis
- after that, only known people like Darui, Omoi, Kurotsuchi etc. remain
- Madara vs. Darui in taijutsu would be a nice fight
- after defeating all enemies, he fights the Bijuu with a Rinnegan, not blind
- Madara vs. Tobirama: This fight needed to be extended a lot too


Rikudou Madara vs. Might Guy
The anime made an awful job. The pace and animation were horrible, especially this:

The air-shots have to be very quick, very short but extremely powerful. But the anime made them look like they lasted about 10 seconds each. Taijutsu can look so amazing in anime, Kakashi vs. Obito is the best example, so I hoped to see a lot of it in the anime. I mean, who could give a better taijutsu-fight than Might Guy?

More of Hanzo vs. Mifune would've been very nice too.
Or simply, any fight with taijutsu/kenjutsu needed to be extended.

All of them! The animators really dropped the ball in my opinion by focusing on fillers in alternate settings instead of using them to extend fights. Which we know they could do seeing as Madara's Revival fight,Utakatas final stand, and Kakashi vs. Obito are anything to go by.
