Jiraya: have a ton of kuchiyose to collab with and only have 2 jutsu without them.

Orochimaru: Make snake hands and use ET to fight

Tsunade: Punching and kicking (that only sakura could replicate as according to jiraya noone can do it)

And storing and releasing chakra to create powerful attacks.
Matching your own chakra to your victim, to heal them. Any mistake can be fatal to the victim
