Banking (Teller, Personal Banker, Investment Banker, Private Banker etc)or Accounting (Tax preparing, bookkeeping, accounts specialist etc)

I've done research and could not find the answer. Please help me? This is for a speech I am doing for college students.

Which field has better pay? Which field is better for who? Introvert and extrovert
