It depends. Naruto's children would get huge chakra reserves and control (Hyuga have great control) and the Byakugan, but since Kaguya had the Sharinnegan and it devolved into the Rinnegan, I'm guessing that his children would, as well as the Sharingan since Sasuke an Uchiha, get the Rinnegan. I'd lean towards the second family simply because Sasuke's hereditary skills are OP, whereas Naruto has none and therefore won't give any over to his children. The only useful hereditary things that would be given to his children would be from Hinata excluding great chakra reserves.

Naruto gained his powers through hard work; the results he gained are his own and won't be passed onto his children. With practice the first family could equal the second, but for a long time the second would be stronger.

Lol Whether you think Hinata is useless or not is irrelevant, this is about which one's kids' would have more potential to be stronger.... And with Hinata knowing the Gentle Fist style and Naruto knowing the Sage arts, it's obvious which one is at the top.

Sasuke's children would be naturally talented and if their parents do right, medics with MS susanoo and byakugou> hyuuga with high reserves, shadow clones, sage mode, and rasengan variants. Considering they are effectively Hagoromo parts their children should have amazing potential.
