Oh. Well, I think that Kamui would be a lot weaker in general if Obito didn't have Hashirama's cells inside him. We never even saw Obito using it without the cells since he awakened it with the cells in him. I think Kakashi is as close as it gets when it comes to depiction of its actual toll on the body (even though Kakashi isn't an Uchiha).

How can Kotoakatsumi stomp ? Tskyumoni can easily break Kotoakatsumi.

Both are equally frightening, actually. It all depends on how fast a user falls under either one.

Obito's MS are just too OP. I can't imagine how overpowered those eyes would be if they were to become rinnegan and gain a new ability in addition to all rinnegan techniques.

Also shisui's eyes have too many weaknesses, I'm glad you didn't put them on the list
