No, they aren't. Madara said his Sharingan let him see through clones in his battle(s) against Hashirama. Him and Hashirama only fought twice after getting EMS, and the ability to see through clones didn't help in VoTE as we saw the bulk of that fight.


Madara was stated to have been born with the largest and strongest chakra the Uchiha have ever seen. I already know you or someone else will say "But Itachi or Sasuke wasn't born then!!", and I'll tell you now that it's irrelevant. Sasuke>Itachi in the chakra department. If MS Sasuke possessed more and stronger chakra than MS Madara, then EMS Sasuke would possess more and stronger chakra than EMS Madara.

But as we know EMS Madara>>>EMS Sasuke in almost every category. And simply looking at EMS Sasuke and MS Sasuke tells you that the lower levels of Susanoo remain the same when you get EMS, only difference is the amount of time you can hold them up. Madara's Susanoo has always been large compared to Sasuke and Itachi's.

It's questionable as to if he's able to use legged Susano'o with just his MS. I could be wrong, but I do not believe that any MS user has been seen using legged Susano'o, let alone a legged v4. But if it came down to both of them using V4, Madara wouldn't be able to do much against Itachi's Yata mirror, so his only option would be to outlast Itachi. Knowing this, Itachi would have to continuosly attack Madara with the Totsuka blade, which I presume would eventually breach through even Madara's v4.

that Susanoo doesn't have legs or at least I haven't seen it's legs but it's enermous. EMS could be boosting it's size tho.
