It's probably from a early shippuden episode, they were known to add some comical skits at the end of episodes.

Honestly, its scenes like this that made me give up on the anime. I have a zero tolerance policy for fillers now.

dbz "mid fight" filler sequences are ok, so are naruto ones (sometimes) but anime only episodes are JUNKKKK

I think this is an omake. They come on at the end of some episodes. Sooo yea. Id try shippuden episodes 1 through 159

true, that's why I don't really pay attention to watching the anime anymore, unless it comes to a scene where it's actually really interesting adapted from the manga like episode 384 or the Itachi and Sasuke vs Kabuto one

Are you sure? Because I know that shippuden used to have omakes at the end of every episode like the one where Hinata was doing different voices or something
