I don't really see it that way.
Earth is present far more often than water. Both can be molded into almost anything but since Earth is solid and water is liquid Earth should hold its shape much easier and longer.
But this thread is all opinion so whatever floats your boat.

I think I would pick something else if I could choose though.

Earth.
Water.
Fire.
