Futon: Used for Offensive Capabilities, and Infusing Weapons

fool, lightning allows the user to stun their opponent, infuse with a weapon, chidori/lightning blade is almost definitely a kill shot, chidori nagashi stunning everyone who comes into contact with it.

Besides the base elements like katon (arguably the strongest base) Ranton(storm release) is probably the best overall.

Guided, precise, blinding, and powerful against everything but daton.

Fire is easily the worst element in the series unless you can use Jubi sized fireballs like Madara and Obito.


Earth is probably the most useful. Good defense and offense

Fire can be used n infused in weapons also like itachi n his fire infused shoriukens. And wind, how is it not a defensive as well? You can repulse away or cut to bits anything thrown at you, Justus or objects/weapons.

Wind is my choice. Probably lightning or fire as least versitable.

This is a no answer thread as every element has a weakness and a strength in the list so it's all preference. For me suiton and futon are most Useful simply to the fact that they can be used both ways raiton is also like that but can not block or redirect another attack so it is below the first two in my opinion. Least useful kanton.

Most useful, water and earth. Free drinking water, free roof over your head, offensive and defensive power. Also making your own garden.

Most useless, lightning and wind. Cool, but still useless.

They are all equal though. All have faults and strengths. But Fire just seems useless because of the jutsus it has and how easy it seems to extinguish the fire. And probably the people who use it as well. Itachi made it look very useful. It is just how you use it
