Power doesn't really matter, strategic precision would be preferable if it was up to me.
I'd pick Minato for his versatility to get in and out of places, reach distances or nooks he cleverly placed.
His seals would be useful as well, not to mention we still need a showcase of all of his jutsus!
Like his teacher, Jiraiya, he's able to apply and adapt.

exactly i think we finally get to see minato in action. and hiruzen is strong but he will be the first of the 4 sealed

I am a Minato fan but I honestly believe that he and Hashi will be the most useful. His barriers and cos he is the quickest he could do a lot. Hiruzen and Tobi dont have enough feats
