By transformative qualities in both strength (from the strength she had prior) and appearance, Wendy wins this imo.

Currently I like wendy'......It's design is good and Badass

Natsu's DF is Incomplete,I do say it is only a Fraction of his full appearance

I like Natsu's DF because it's simple and reminds me more of a Dragon than the others do. Especially the scales and the face expression with that spikey hair. Wendy's comes as second, tho i'm really curious for Gajeel's one. IS looks badass and hope his DF as well.
