Frankly, in the real world, byakugan. Rinnegan or sharingan could make me a super hero, but then I have to deal with all that hero trouble, fame and the public eye on me all the time, or a super villain, constantly hunted by the military and hated by everyone. Meanwhile, byakugan I can keep secret as long as I live, yet it has 360 vision, x-ray vision, and scope vision. Besides being a handy perv implement, you could steal from all sorts of places secretly (like safes and the like, because you can tell the combination with x-ray vision), open any lock, etc. With the scope you could look far away from you, you'd be a badass sniper if you joined the military, and no one can ever sneak up on you.
