Which dojutsu combination is the best and why

I was wondering which dojutsu combination do you consider the best and why. These are the known dojutsu in the series:

1 Rinne Sharingan
2 Rinnengan with tomoe (for now it seems not possible)
1 Rinnengan with tomoe and 1 EMS
2 Rinnengan with no tomoe
2 Tenseigan
2 EMS

Keep in mind Rinnengan has shown to be able to use Mangekyou Sharingan technique such as Susano with no problem.

For MS, EMS, Rinnengan and Rinnegan with Tomoes you can choose 2 Mangekyou sharingan you like while 3rd is Susano by default.

I'm not sure why you include inferior forms if you want the best combination, EMS should be the only sharingan on your list, and Byakugan should be out because tenseigan unless the dojutsu in it self lacks byakugan abilities like the rinnegan lacks sharingan abilities unless original owner is we're talking about.

I edited it, thanks for the idea. I believe a Byakugan evolving into Tenseigan doesn't lose their Byakugan abilities.

I removed MS and Sharingan since they aren't needed.

Agreed Rinnengan with Tomoes and EMS with both eyes having Kamui would be OP, add Rinnengan Sharingan even more OP 3 eyes.
