Which do you think is better gold sand, iron sand, or gaara's sand? Explain...

I can't really decide Which is better!! Gaaras sand and gold sand are both massive but iron sand is more controlled. What do u guys think?

Probably Gaara's sand since it has the largest resources

Depends, Iron Sand is modifiable with all kinds of poisons, so it's really on a playing field on it's own and is probably superior to the other sand in the loosest sense of the word.

Garra's sand is superior to gold sand though, simply because Garra is more capable then his father at it. We even seen Garra use some of his fathers sand, though it could simply be that Garra is a better user in general then a perfect comparison of the techiques.
