Aesthetically raikiri is superior.
But rasengan is better overall for multiple reasons.

Kinda like blue eyes vs red eyes.

Rasengan. Its damage capabilities are superior, its variants are far more powerful, and it's a higher caliber jutsu.

More aesthetically pleasing to me as well.

I like the base versions of each pretty much the same, but the Lava Rasenshuriken is my favorite variant of either jutsu.

Rasengan for me. Just love the destruction it causes and how it looks. Chidori's anime sound is boss though.
