Senju clan (but a descendant from Hashi's bloodline to have lots of stamina and chakra) or Sarutobi clan, versatily is one of the best things to have.
That or the Hyuga clan. Byakugan is my favorite dojutsu.
I also wouldn't mind being born into the Aburame clan if i didn't have to sell my body to a bunch of bugs. I'm not into insects.

Uchiha clan has always intrigued me because of Clan's history and its direct relation with the eyes. That is one strong metaphor for history and language - the eyes, as being the historians of the clan. Everything about the Sharingan is amazing. Kishimoto at least penned the shairngan with care. There are so many metaphors to the bloody tears for Amaterasu alone, the copy wheel feature just gives it more leverage.
