This isn't rocket science folks. Powerful in this case obviously means great or vast. The two terms are interchangeable, powerful = large

And as yama has said, it's been stated several times in the manga that the Uchiha have larger than normal chakra reserves. That's the reason Kakashi tires after use of his Sharingan, whereas Sasuke or Itachi do not. During the chakra control training back in part 1, Kakashi said that Sasuke will eventually have more chakra than him.

Madara is an example of this, his chakra is devastating, because it is particularly powerful/large.

It says in the Manga that the younger inherit the sage's physical energy and the oldest the spirit with huge amounts of chakra.
So the Uchiha has more chakra than the ones from the young's clan.

Her chakra was particularly strong, doesnt mean she had more chakra than the average Uzumaki, just means her chakra was more potent. and good to host the kyuubi.

No one said Uchiha had low chakra reserves, some show to have above average like Sasuke.

Senju, it's been clearly stated in the manga and by far so many times proved by the Senjus...
Everybody with the Uzumaki option: note down that, Uzumaki's have LONG LIFE-SPANS means high stamina not high amount of chakra...And Stamina is not the same as Chakra....
Everybody has a rounded amount of chakra but one's stamina allows him to mold it and use it for battle with few exceptions like Hashirama, Nagato, Jiraiya and Naruto so far...
Jiraiya doesn't have huge reserve of chakra but has a lot of stamina and guts which allows him to consume himself at max...
and the same thing is which Kakashi lacks....he has a rounded amount of chakra like Asuma, Guy, Shikaku or Ibiki but he lacks STAMINA, he can't mold all of his chakra for a battle and hence he needs rest after a long battle...it doesn't mean he run out of chakra but out of Stamina...

He never won anything and you sir are an idiot. I refer you to the databooks THAT KISHI MAKES, that give numerical values to chakra levels. The Uchiha all have either average or slightly above average chakra levels.

The only exception is Madara, who might have had large amounts of chakra but he has Hashirama's DNA so that is why he has extra now.
