Naruto, when using sage mode, has increased power. Why? Because of chakra potency. It makes him stronger because nature energy is more potent than his own chakra.

When using Kyuubi chakra his attacks are more powerful, look at his KM. If he used the same amount of chakra in both KM and his base form which one is more powerful? Obviously the Kyuubi mode becuase its chakra is more potent, more powerful.

So yes chakra "quality" does matter. Some chakra is better than others. Some people have better chakra. Look at Kisame, he had insane amounts of chakra but did he have super speed like people in tailed beast cloaks do?

Ok am going to explain this to you again as simply as I can. Lets assume for illustration purposes chakra=fuel.
Now someone with a large amount of chakra=someone with gallons and gallons of kerosene
Someone wit ha powerful chakra=someone with petrol but a limited amount.
Now lets the one with petrol makes a fire large enough to burn a house with a gallon of petrol, the kerosene guy can also do the same but he'll probably have to use about 2 or 3 times the amount of fuel the first guy used. Why? Because kerosene is less potent than petrol

Didn't the older son of the SO6P not only inherit the eyes of his father (rinnegan) but also his powerful chakra however this may differ from the amount.
Chakra is made up of both physical and spiritual energy these two traits were split between the younger and older son physical energy to the younger and spiritual energy to the older so going by this I would say the descendants of the older son the Uchiha and the descendants of the younger son the Senju have equal chakra amounts.
Of course individuals differ quite a bit such as Naruto or Kakashi.

People argue that this "powerful chakra" which was passed down to the older son was either quality or quantity in the chakra of the Uchiha and older brother but I disagree with both of these. Instead I believe this is the trait that enables them to properly use the sharingan, MS, EMS and rinnegan. While Orochimaru wanted an Uchiha body not just the sharingan because of the strain it puts on anyone else such as Kakashi it just doesn't make sense because who inherited the SO6P body which originally was combined with the rinnegan not the Uchiha but the younger son and the Senju. So it is this "powerful chakra" that enables uchiha to us the sharingan without being drained of all their energy.
