Shino and TenTen got the worst of it. At least Kiba was a part of the Sasuke retrieval team in part 1
That's fair because Shino was part of the Sand invasion arc when his team were knocked out. Likewise, Hinata got her part in the Invasion of Pain arc. So really, Team 8 got a part in a different arc.
Shino ends up getting his time again in the Pursuit of Itachi arc.

He's forgotten a total of
one time in canon (When T8 returns and Naruto fails to recognise him).
He's still part of group conversions.
He still got invited by Naruto in the Sasuke arc.
He still shows new abilities like everyone else.
He still ot major fights. No more or less than Kiba or Hinata.
He no more ignored or forgotten than any of his other peers.
Shino.
He's almost never been allowed to finish a sentence.
Pretty sure the only one who takes their time to listen to him is Hinata.
Kiba usually cuts him off halfway.
This never happens outside of fillers.
Really everyone's "Shino is ignored/interrupted" examples are filler.

(But Tenten does get spotlight in the Rock lee spin-off, at least that's something)
How? If Tenten beats an opponent in that spin-off or learns a new powerful move you can't use it as part of her character because it's non canon. You can argue the fillers might by canon, but not a spin-off.
