Temari, she's chill as f but she'd also wanna do stuff. Most of the other characters would be too annoying or too one dimensional as well. she'd probably be down for a j before going flying around on her fan or something.
Shikamaru might also be cool to hang with but I'm not gonna lie I don't like losing in chess every time.

hinata. NOPE she's way too nervous and shy and she probably would just wanna go spy on Naruto.
sakura. NOPE she's got way too many issues atm maybe after the manga ends and she cools her jets.
choji. No way he's an idiot and mega annoying.
kiba. Maybe he might be fun, he's dumb but he's endearing at the same time.
lee. no way calm down fool, I can't do 20 push-ups let around 2000.
naruto. no, this dude won't even remember me after he goes out the front door. go find sasuke you jerk.
sasuke. no, I don't want to die.
itachi. maybe.
hidan. NO.
Konan. Eh, she seems like she doesn't have much of a personality but I wouldn't slam the door in her face if she came over.
Minato. No, he seems way too serious. I don't wanna hang out with a dad-dude.
Kushina. NOPE, she's so good we would definitely end up volenteering at the food bank or something. not that that's bad once and a while but most of the time I just wanna relax.
Shino. Maybe, the bugs are a bit off but he's smart and somewhat analytical which could be fun in the right setting.
Obito. no he's got issues.
Kisame. No, I don't want to be murdered by a fishface.
Hiruzen. YESx10, gimme some of the ninjutsu chronic you were smoken right before obito attacked. I friggen know the monkey king is a wicked sick dude so this is like two awesome hangout buddies at once.

So yeah, Temari, Hiruzen and Shikamaru in that order.
