Which character would make the most money

Out of the whole naruto verse if each character where say a CEO of their company who would make the most money over 25 years.

i am thinking either Madara / Tobi because they can plan for years on end or Minato Namikaze because he was a genius and has major foresight aswell.

in terms of money value i think they would be trillionaires!
