Hinata has Hamura's, Naruto has Six Path Senjutsu, maybe just small traces of those is enough for Boruto to awaken Tenseigan but I doubt that will ever happen. I think he should just have an over-powered vacuum palm and Kaiten along with FTG

To be perfectly honest, the way it's set up.
Mitsuki has a natural sage mode rivaling Dragon Sage mode or something higher. SPOILER:(although that horn that developed on his head did look like the Tenseigan's Chakra mode)
Boruto has the DNA and the ONLY NATURAL means of obtaining the Byakugan/Tenseigan (With fragments of bijuu chakra and Ootsusuki chakra from both Naruto, with half of Hagaromo and Hinata, with all Hamura's repectively). Plus he's shown to be lazy but a proven prodigy underneath all the BS he hides in.
Sarada also has natural means of gaining the Tenseigan' rival in the Rinnegan. Along with the medical nin/Chakra Control from Sakura and Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan, Susanoo from her Uchiha lineage and such. She's already pretty strong but has a long ways away from her full potential.
