Which character(s) do you think has just the right amount of power?

The biggest complaint of Naruto fans about the War Arc is how powerful shinobi have become. TBBs everywhere, meteors, and whatnot. Some DBZ-level stuff.

What level of power do you think is ideal for the world of Naruto? Like strong enough to where the action is amazing and not too weak to the point that it's boring.

Of living shinobi, I'd go with the tiers that include: Gaara, Darui, Lee, Orochimaru, Kabuto, Choji (Butterfly Mode), Sakura

EMS Madara. Hashirama, Minato. Literally all shinobi that were not Rikudou power, Jinchuriki.

Kakashi in first part was alright. We had good fight and jutsu were something special with long ass sequence to do.

I always liked more specialized characters, even if they were weak. If we're talking about those who aren't too weak, though, I'd pick, say, Deidara and Sasori.

5. Itachi (not sick)

These would be the right amount of power. Too powerful but no crazy like juubi jinchuurikis

I liked the power levels the most around the Pain Invasion Arc - early war arc before Madara, Edo Hokage, Juubi and Ootsutsuki.

Kabuto, Bee, Jiraiya, KCM Naruto, Might Guy, War Arc Tobi and MS Sasuke being the strongest ninja around was cool.

The greatest fight in the series is Animal Path VS Jiraiya for a reason because Jiraiya was powerful and skilled and didn't have to resort to a chakra tank, visually non-stimulating genjutsu or Rikudou crap to deliver interesting and fun battles.

I think characters like Kakashi/3 tomoe Itachi were good power levels.

While they didn't have raw power to blow shit up, They fought with Skill, Agility, intelligence, stealth and other shinobi like qualities. At the very peak i think Pein should've been the "god like" power. Since after the whole Pein arc is where power levels really started inflating.

Minato or Itachi should've been the pinnacle of power, mostly because they were the reflection of what truly can be accomplish with just skill and speed, proving how sheer firepower isn't a requisite for being the strongest.
