From your list I'd like to see more of Rock Lee.
Other than that, I'd say for a main character, Sasuke gets very little screen time. The guy is meant to be Naruto's eternal rival, but ever since post time skip, he only ever appears like 2/3 times every 60 chapters. He's long overdue to make an entrance in this war.

Out of the list, Shino. C'mon, the spotlight is never focused on him. xd
Other characters that could use more screentime would be: Shikaku (he's rarely involved in any battles), Hashirama/Tobirama (we still have plenty to see about them), and possibly Konohamaru?

We are reaching the climax of this manga, fodder characters do NOT need screen time, its much too late for character development now, I would prefer it if Kishi does not sacrifice action and plot for the sake of developing characters most of us could care less about. I only want to see Sasuke get more screen time this year. The K11 fodder and especially Sakura should continue to remain in the background.
